Typically we'll use Google Drive so you can easily share all of your assets, newsletters, flyers, etc. We can go through all of your existing material, do our own research, and pull what we need to create your content. And because you'll be working with our small team long-term, we can really get to know your business and needs, so the process will get even easier over time.
We ask that our agency partners work with their clients to obtain high-quality photos. If no photos are provided, we will use stock imagery.

Yes, whenever your content is ready, we’ll send you a reminder via email so you can log into MixBloom and review and approve all content before it goes out.
We bill on the 15th of every month. A pro-rated billing will take place 7 days after your date of sign-up and repeat monthly.
We don't offer pauses, but can cancel the account and reinstate within a 3 month period. To cancel an account we require 30 days notice.
At this point in time we only offer the packages listed on our website.
MixBloom works with all agencies, but finds the most success with agencies that have an existing client base and are looking to add social media as a service.
Our agency partners normally add a few clients a month, which we can always accommodate with our team of 14 (and counting) full time Social Media Managers. If you, for whatever reason, are expecting an unusual influx of clients, just let us know, and give us a couple of weeks so we can make sure our team is ready to handle it.
We'll optimize each piece of content to each network, but the content itself will remain the same; so for example we'll make the copy shorter or longer as needed, resize images and videos according to each platform’s standard sizing, or add more hashtags on Instagram and less hashtags on X. You can select which of the networks we should post on.
We will schedule and post everything for you. We use Buffer as our posting tool; our white label dashboard is built off of Buffer. Basically, you'll connect all of your social channels to Buffer and then we'll manage the actual posting. Our system automatically posts everything except for video. We manually post those to make sure they go out as reels.
We deliver content to you on the 15th of every month for the following month. We ask that you submit any assets and requests by the 10th of the month, to give your Social Media Manager plenty of time to create the best possible content, make any requested edits or amends, and get it scheduled on time.
