Managing social accounts across multiple social channels is no easy feat - it can be a time-consuming and overwhelming task.
Luckily, there are many social media management solutions out there, such as MixBloom and SocialBee, that can take tasks like content creation off your hands. In this article, we'll take a deep dive into both companies, comparing their key services, customer experience, pricing, and more - so you can make the most informed decision about how to grow your agency.
What isMixBloom?
MixBloom is white label social media management agency that offers a comprehensive social media content creation service, tailored specifically to marketing and social media agencies.
When you work with MixBloom, you get a dedicated social media team, all native English speakers based in the US, Canada and UK. We'll create and curate your client's social content for you, at scale, that you can go on to resell as your own - saving you tons of time while being a highly profitable business model.
You’ll work primarily with one manager, and in case they aren’t available, one of MixBloom’s other managers will step in so you never have to worry about your content being ready on time.
MixBloom’s service also includes the use of a white label dashboard which you can personalize with your own branding. As an agency owner you can manage unlimited social media accounts under one dashboard, which you can share with your clients to approve and give feedback on content directly. It serves as your social media calendar and collaboration tool in one, and has a user-friendly interface.
So when you sign up for MixBloom’s social media services, you basically get the use of the dashboard for free!
What is SocialBee?
SocialBee is an Eastern European company, and they are best known as a social media tool that helps you manage profiles and “recycle, schedule and analyze your social media content.”
They also offer “Concierge Services,” one of which is a Social Media Specialist. With this service, you get a dedicated content creator that will create and post social media content for you.
They also offer article writing, lead generation, community management and copywriting services.
SocialBee does offer “white label social media and content writing services.”
For the purposes of this article, we will be comparing MixBloom’s service with SocialBee’s Concierge Social Media service (rather than their scheduling tool).
Key Services Comparison
Now let's compare key features of each solution: the social media networks served, content scheduling and automation, what type and quality of visual content offered, and how each handles content revisions.
White Label Dashboard
A key difference between the two services is that MixBloom offers a white label dashboard, and SocialBee does not.
MixBloom’s white label dashboard is included in all plans. It is an easy-to-use social media management tool that is branded with your logo, colors and domain. You and the client can review and provide feedback to the writer directly within one centralized dashboard.
Without this feature, the agency would need to relay all feedback to the writer and manage communication back and forth. MixBloom takes care of all change requests and receives them directly from your client.
SocialBee content is managed via Google Docs for the first two tiers of their plan, and the most expensive Gold plan offers management via “Google Docs/SMM Tool” according to their pricing page.
Social Media Networks
Both MixBloom and SocialBee work across the major social media platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business profiles (formerly Google My Business).
SocialBee will post across all social media channels, whereas MixBloom will post up to 4 platforms depending on the package you choose. However, MixBloom will tailor the content so that it is native to each platform; it is unclear based on SocialBee’s website and reviews whether they offer this level of customization.
Content Scheduling and Automation
One of the most important features of any social media management process is content scheduling and automation. As part of their packages, both MixBloom and SocialBee offers scheduling and publishing, so you don't have to worry about posting or paying subscription prices for a publishing tool!

Content Types
We were unable to find examples of SocialBee’s content, but one happy customer did caution in this video review that they are very much a “value provider.”
Check out examples of MixBloom’s static and video posts.
With all of MixBloom and SocialBee's packages - from their most affordable to premium plans - you get custom static images and social media captions to go with your posts.
SocialBee's most premium packages offer GIFs too. Customized GIFs can also be added on to the plan for an extra cost.
MixBloom does not offer GIFs, Instagram Stories, or TikTok, but they do offer video plans that range from $299/month to $659/month (more on pricing in the next section).
It is unclear whether SocialBee offers original video content creation services but they do offer “article based content” under its Social Media Specialist Plus plan.
Revisions
To make sure you're 100% happy with the content that the social media managers produce, both agencies offer revisions for the work, so you get full say in any feedback and approval.
However, there's a slight difference between how the two agencies do this.
MixBloom offersunlimited revisionsso that you can change anything you need to until you're satisfied.
However, with SocialBee, the amount of revisions you get depends on the package you choose, with the most revisions you're allowed being 5 with its Social Media Specialist Plus package.
Pricing and Plans
When it comes to outsourcing social media content creation, pricing and plans are crucial considerations. In this section, we'll take a closer look at MixBloom and SocialBee and explore their pricing and plans in more detail.

From there, the account managers product high-quality posts that you can approve and provide feedback through their easy-to-use dashboards.
Comprehensive help centers are available and easy to find on both SocialBee's and MixBloom's website. For both, this includes tutorials, FAQs and other helpful resources to enable users to get the most out of the service and to provide solutions to common issues and questions.
When comparing user experience for MixBloom and SocialBee, both of their interactive dashboards and interface are powerful and customizable, making them extremely user-friendly during the feedback and approval process.
