Setting Up Your White Label Domain

This is a step-by-step guide to setting up your whitelabel domain for your clients to review content without a trace of MixBloom.

The final step to setting up your MixBloom account is to activate your whitelabel domain.**Please note you do not have to set this up in order to access and review MixBloom content. This is only if you would like to remove the “app.mixbloom.com” from your dashboard domain.

To set up your White Label Domain:

  1. Log in to your account at app.mixbloom.com
  2. Click on “White Label” on the left hand side.
  3. Add in your agency logo, and colours.
  4. Scroll down to “Run the dashboard on your own domain” and follow the instructions to add a CNAME record.

Prior to completing step 4, we recommend figuring out where your domain is hosted (ex. GoDaddy).
